Carol Salcedo’s Home Restoration

Another restoration through the City of Waco Housing & Community Development’s Owner-Occupied Home Rehabilitation Program! Carol Salcedo received major improvements to her home. From a new foundation, roof, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical system to a fully updated kitchen, ADA-accessible bathroom, new windows, flooring, and fresh paint, these upgrades created a safe and energy-efficient space for Carol.
