After a career in broadcasting and having lived in Miami for 17 years, chef/owner Dan Moroso is fulfilling a lifelong passion to bring artisan, hand crafted Neapolitan pizza to Waco. “Robyn and I feel so blessed to call Waco our home, we love this community and we’re thrilled to offer the first true (Vera) Neapolitan pizzeria.” Dan’s family emigrated from Italy to the United States in the early 1900’s. The MOROSO menu offers a variety of pizzas and other Italian dishes based on family recipes and Dan’s experience as a chef in Europe. “At MOROSO, everyone is family…tutti mangiare!”
