Waco Fire showcased their new Haz-Mat truck during this week’s City Council meeting on Tuesday, May 19.

City of Waco Public Works
hosted a “Meet the Machines” event on Wednesday, May 20 at Brazos Park East, giving families a chance to see city machines up close and meet some of the many people that keep our city running.

Waco City Council recognized the ten graduating member of the Waco Youth Council at the regular Tuesday meeting on May 19, 2026.

On Saturday, May 16, City of Waco held its annual Household Hazardous Waste Drop-off Day, where residents from Waco, Lacy Lakeview, Bellmead, Hewitt, and Woodway dropped off nearly 700 pounds of waste for sale disposal.
