Building Waco

The City of Waco is embarking on a 10-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP), which includes many individual projects. Included in this program are $110 million of water projects and $135 million of wastewater projects. Building Waco is about renewing and building essential infrastructure that is necessary for our future, fundamental to maintaining quality of life, decisive in fostering economic growth and imperative for creating sustainability.
