Waco City Council bids farewell to long-serving District Two Councilmember Alice Rodriguez, with a somber yet festive Special City Council meeting.

Waco Police Department and other McLennan Capon ty law enforcement entities held the annual Fallen Officer’s Memorial at Indian Spring Park, honoring those officers whoa fallen in the line of duty.

At a Special City Council meeting this week, the results of the May 3 election were certified. Darius Ewing (District Four) and George Chase (District Five) were reelected as we welcomed new Councilmember Isabel Lozano to District Two.
