Topping Out Parking Garage Ceremony

On September 22, 2023, Austin Commercial hosted a Topping Out Ceremony at the Baylor Foster Pavilion parking garage for their construction workers and City of Waco officials.

The topping out ceremony celebrates finishing the structural phase of the parking garage. We celebrate the hard work of our construction contractor, Austin Commercial, and the construction workers. Huge thanks to your dedication, especially over these past hot summer months.

The downtown parking garage next to Baylor University’s new Foster Pavilion will feature 450 parking spots and retail and restaurant space on the first floor. Construction is expected to be completed in January 2024 with the final facade improvements to be complete in July 2024.
